Event Details

The student will be able to identify the most recent changes to the GAR residential contract forms. After this class, the student will be able to accurately list the contract changes, including how and why the changes were made and the impacts the additional forms will have on creating a valid residential contract. The student will demonstrate the practical use of the GAR residential forms and demonstrate the proper use in today’s electronic world to create valid, enforceable contracts. The instructor suggests that students should download the contract/forms file pages to their desktop or print them out on their own so they can follow along during class. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
