Agent Comfort with Diversity

As real estate professionals, we interact with different people all the time. In many of these interactions, we find ourselves in awkward moments as the result of committing a faux pas. We say or do something without considering the level of effectiveness of these interactions. The result could be comments or actions that are not positive. This course has been designed to provide you with a simple technique to make your interactions more positive and provide better service for consumers. This class satisfies one of the Core Standards requirements under Section 3 – Consumer Outreach.
